Rest and Peace for Every Client
At Lakewood Family Therapy, everything we do flows from the heart of Jesus’ invitation in Matthew 11:28:
“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.”
We believe true healing and peace are found in Christ, and our desire is to help individuals, couples, and families experience that rest in every part of life.
Vision
A church and community that does family well and reflects the heart of Jesus.
We envision a church and community where families thrive, people love deeply, and Christ’s peace is lived out daily. Our hope is to see communities that do family well and reflect the heart of Jesus to the world around them.
Mission
Bringing rest and peace to as many hearts as we possibly can.
Inspired by Jesus’ words in Matthew 11:28–29, our mission is to help as many weary hearts as we possibly can find rest and lasting peace. We walk alongside individuals and families, guiding them toward healthy living and wholeness that flows from Christ.
